A month later I logged onto my account, I was hacked. And the content is for kids and kids only. It is just the same thing repeated year by year. The chat filtering was so bad, since I didn't have free chat I couldn't even say numbers. And the both of us always loved animal jam. I was playing for fun and it seemed like a very decent game, me and my sister played it together.
About 60% of the den and clothing items you can get are for members but I didn't mind. When I first played I thought it was a very fun game. I've been playing animal jam for literally 4 years now. If you have no idea what Animal Jam is, it is basically a online game. As you can imagine as a parrot a nine-year-old who's worked up a years worth of work in a game and allowance was devastated to know that everything was gone in a second. In fact even after messaging them and opening multiple tickets, messaging them on Instagram, Facebook, and even making comments they have continue to ignore her request and do not care about The lost money that my daughter has incurred.
All of her hard earned allowance in our monthly membership fees gone in an instant with no care or regard from Animal Jam. After asking them to help me get the account secured and locked down again I continue to be ignored for three days on the third day my daughter went to login and found that her account had been permanently deleted either by Animal Jam themselves or the hacker. They were able to get in and trade her valuable or rare items and once I contacted Animal Jam they gave me the "sorry" email.
The next issue comes from when the hacker gained access to my daughters animal jam account. Many people dress up as him, make accounts with names such as: imbackforever, imback1. Guys, i know all (or most) of you know who Fman is, if you dont, hes a black and red wolf with those weird demonic looking eyes and his avatar name is Awesome Sunnybrave, and hes a hacker. It compromised my email, password and credit card information. We received an email stating that our account has been compromised due to a data breach. The game itself is cute but the customer service aspect is absolutely horrible. My nine-year-old stumbled upon this game and easily became obsessed.
